Passwords create confusion when people have multiple email addresses. Magic links mean one click from your inbox - no forgotten passwords, no locked accounts. If you're not sure which email your membership is under, email [email protected] and the team will help you.

No problem - just go back to hub.leverageyourart.com, click Sign In, enter your email, and request a new magic link. They expire for security reasons, but you can always request another one.

This means you haven't been set up with the right email address yet, or your account hasn't been connected. Email [email protected] and the team will sort it out for you.

Some members have mistyped their email or have multiple addresses. No big deal — email [email protected] and Stacie's team will get you sorted.

Yes! The Hub isn't a downloadable app - it works right in your mobile browser. Just go to hub.leverageyourart.com on your phone and sign in the same way.

When you first log in, you'll be guided through a short (about 2 minutes) onboarding quiz. It asks five questions about where you are in your creative business journey. Your answers determine your personalized path - either a Product track or a Licensing track - and tell the Hub which lessons to show you first. You can retake the quiz any time from your dashboard.

The Hub organizes your growth into six stages:

1. Build the Asset — create the art, develop your style, build your foundation
2. Position — find your place in the market
3. Offer Architecture — design what you're selling
4. Visibility — get seen by the right people
5. Conversion — make the sale
6. Deliver — fulfill, scale, and grow

Your quiz results tell you which stage you're currently in and what to focus on next.

You can retake the quiz any time — look for the "Retake Quiz" option on your dashboard, or go to Settings and click "Retake the welcome quiz." You can also email [email protected] if you'd like a hand figuring out your stage. 

Yes! You can have more than one active path. If you're a beginner in product but more advanced in licensing, the Hub will show you the next right lesson for you in each category. Just know that focusing on one thing at a time tends to get you results faster.

Your dashboard shows the next lesson you need to focus on based on your stage. To browse everything available to you, click "Lesson Library" — all lessons are there, organized by topic, stage, and type (one-on-one coaching, mini courses, live Q&A replays, office hours, resources, workshops). You can view as a list or as a grid.

Yes — there's a "Resume where you left off" button on your dashboard. If you had to stop in the middle of a lesson, this brings you right back.

Notes are for what you're learning — lesson takeaways, ideas, action items. Journal is for your inner world - thoughts, feelings, mindset, your creative journey. Both are completely private. Stacie cannot see either.

Yes - completely. Stacie cannot access your journal entries. They're stored securely on a server only you can see. Think of it like a private diary inside your Hub.

Not yet - this is planned for a future phase. It's been requested and is on the roadmap!

Every day you log in and interact with the Hub (watching a lesson, doing a journal entry), you add to your streak - just like Duolingo. You'll also get a gentle email reminder if you haven't logged in, so you don't lose it. You can turn these off in Settings if you'd prefer.

You get:

• 5 points for showing up each day (claim from your dashboard)
• 10 points for completing a lesson
• 50 points for completing a full stage

Points contribute to your leaderboard position and to prizes.

Badges are earned when you hit milestones - like completing a stage, finishing a certain number of lessons, or maintaining a streak. They light up in your Achievements area as you earn them. There are also prizes tied to progress, announced by Stacie.

The leaderboard shows top members by points and lessons completed. It's there for accountability and community motivation - not competition. You can choose to appear with your name, be listed as "Anonymous Artist," or be hidden entirely. Change this in Settings → Leaderboard.

Bugs happen in a brand new platform! If your streak was reset incorrectly, use the bug reporter (the little bug icon on any page) and Stacie may be able to manually fix it. She has already done this for members affected early on.

Your dashboard shows this week's events. You can also click the calendar icon to see the full month view. All upcoming live calls, office hours, and community events are listed here.

Every active Side Hustle Society member has access to:

• Art Sidekick — your personal art director in your pocket (artist profile, artwork analysis, mockup generator, product placer)
• Product Launch Lab — perfect product match quiz, ideal customer builder, manufacturer directories (print on demand, manufacturing, licensing), and pricing calculators
• Sales Conversion Studio — Etsy listing writer, Shopify product page writer, alt text generator, Etsy tag generator, countdown timers, announcement bars, testimonial tools, email sequence builders
• Color Vectorizer — convert your Procreate artwork to vector
• Tiny Image Magic — shrink high-res images to web size and add a watermark

The artwork analysis tool uses art textbooks and design principles that are in the public domain (think Project Gutenberg). It is built in a closed, private environment — your art does not feed any external AI model, is not visible to Stacie or other members, and is not shared outside the Hub. If you prefer not to use it at all, that's completely fine — it's optional.

A transparent PNG works best. This lets the tool cleanly place your art on the product without a white background showing through.

The Launch Lab is for members who are ready to move toward actual product creation. It includes:

• A Perfect Product Match Quiz to help you find the right product for your art, budget, and time
• An Ideal Customer Builder to help you define who you're selling to
• A Manufacturer Finder directory (print on demand, manufacturing, licensing contacts)
• Pricing calculators for product, original art, licensing estimates, and royalty worksheets
• A Launch Revenue Planner

The Conversion Studio helps you sell once people find you. It includes tools to write optimized Etsy listings and Shopify product pages, generate alt text for your images, create Etsy tags, add countdown timers and announcement bars to your website, show recent buyer pop-ups, and build email sequences for launches and follow-ups. (Note: countdown timers and HTML tools work on Shopify, Squarespace, WordPress, Wix, Kajabi, and similar — not on Etsy.)

It reduces high-resolution images to web-optimized sizes, and lets you add a watermark before sharing your art on social media or your website. You can even use it with images you generate from the Mockup Generator — shrink them for Etsy right after creating them.

It's Stacie's alternative to Adobe Illustrator's Live Trace. You can take your Procreate artwork and convert it to a vector file in just a few clicks. Still being fine-tuned but available to all active members.

This is a known bug. Do not pay again. Just click "Sign In" instead of "Join" and it should take you directly into the tool. If it doesn't, use the bug reporter or email [email protected].

Go to Settings (accessible from your dashboard). From there you can update your display name, time zone, and leaderboard visibility.

In Settings, you can toggle streak reminder emails on or off, and set the time and time zone you'd like to receive them. Turning them off does not remove you from Stacie's main email list.

Go to Settings → "Retake the welcome quiz" to start fresh, or change your stage directly if you know where you want to be. Click Save Settings after making changes.

3. Check that you're using the right email address
4. Click the bug icon and describe what's happening
5. Email [email protected] for anything that needs urgent help

Stacie reads every bug report and works to fix them quickly. This is a brand new, custom-built platform — thank you for your patience as it gets polished!

Your membership includes: the personalized learning Hub with your full lesson library, the Art Sidekick, Product Launch Lab, Sales Conversion Studio, Color Vectorizer, and Tiny Image Magic. It also includes the Mighty Networks community (for now), access to live Q&A calls and office hours, design briefs, and mindset resets.

Thrive Art Accelerator is the next level up from Side Hustle Society. It's a small group (about 20 people) for members who are making consistent sales and want to focus on operations — things like profit & loss statements, KPIs, and scaling systems. It costs more and is a separate membership. If Thrive is grayed out in your Hub, that means it's not part of your current plan. Click "Learn More" to find out if it's the right fit.

The community is still on Mighty Networks and requires a separate login for now. It's not going away anytime soon — it just hasn't been merged into the Hub yet. Stacie is planning to build a custom community in a future phase.

You'll find it in your Library (https://leverageyourart.com/login) — it's still there and your login still works. From there you'll also see the "Log into my new Hub" button. The classroom isn't going away while phase two of the Hub is being built.
